Online Student Registration

The online student registration portal is now open! All students attending the CNMI Public School System must be registered for the 2024-2025 School Year.  

Please scan the following documents before you begin online registration. Scanned documents must be in PDF or JPEG format to be uploaded.

Health Certificate

  • Valid and not expired. Check the expiration date. 

  • Call CHCC at (670) 234-8950, for more information

Household Records

  • Student's Birth Certificate

  • Photo IDs of parents, guardians, and emergency contacts.

  • Map to residence

  • Custody documentation, if applicable

  • Any other applicable legal documents

Valid Health Insurance

  • Private insurance providers such as Staywell, Aetna,

or 

  • Medicaid 

Health insurance must be valid with the student's name.

Applicable School Records

  • Incoming 9th graders: Official promotion card/certification.

  • Transfer students: 

Official transcript from last attended school. 

Before starting the registration, have or do the following: 

  • A valid email address

  • Scanned electronic copies of all required documents

  • Read and learn about your FERPA and PPRA rights (Click on "FAQs about online registration")

Remember!

  • The new registration system allows you to enroll all your children with PSS, regardless of their school, by using one form.

 

  • If you are registering your child in a school outside our zoning area for your village, you MUST complete the "Out of Zone" waiver form and get it approved before completing the registration form. 

  • All registrations will be online. We will not be accepting any paper registrations.

  • No internet access or email? Please schedule an appointment with our school by calling (670) 664-3781. No walk-ins will be accepted!
